Everyone knows that the eva material is a vinyl acetate copolymer, which is a very common item in life, the most common is the sole, but generally do not know what the professional name is, it is generally considered to be foam, and there are many children’s building block toys. Made of eva foam, because it is safe, educational, environmentally friendly, soft and durable, there is no need to worry about hurting children, nor are they afraid of children being hurt or hurting their gums when eating toys.

There are many types of hardness of eva materials:

1. The hardness of high-foamed EVA material is 5% to 40%;

2. The secondary foaming hardness of eva material is 40%~55%,

3. The foaming hardness of EVA material once is 55%~75%;

EVA material has a hardness of 40-60 degrees and is the most widely used:

40 degree EVA material is the worst reason: making EVA material is like making steamed buns. The more fermented a steamed bun, the softer and softer it will be, the less EVA material is used, and the cost is reduced. To make the same size of 55 degree EVA material, it needs more raw materials. Therefore, the cost of 55 degrees EVA material is naturally higher!
