Advantages:

Air permeability, filterability, heat preservation, water absorption, water resistance, flexibility, good unkempt handfeel, soft, light and elastic, can be restored without the direction of cloth, high productivity compared with textile cloth, fast production speed, low price, and can be mass produced, etc.

Disadvantages:

(1) poor strength and durability compared with textile fabrics.
(2) it cannot be washed like any other cloth.
